Payment
The fees for LandFlow360 products and services, which include the cost of processing, printing, shipping and/or mailing, and any other charges applicable, are due and payable when you order a service. We require pre- payment on all orders. Any amount due to LandFlow360, which is not paid, may result in non-delivery of the order, and interest charges as allowed by law. You are responsible for all related collection costs, legal fees and interest. All returned checks will be charged a fee of $35.
Cancellation Policy
You are able to cancel your monthly subscription (if applicable) with a written notice to support@landflow360.com within 15 days of the next month’s renewal.
Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded.

- LandFlow360 compares properties and suggests Market Value based on several factors. We do not guarantee the amount will always be 100% accurate or will lead to any accepted offers or results.
- LandFlow360 and its employees/contractors are able to access the records in your CRM. You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless, LandFlow360, from any and all lawsuits, claims, liability, loss, and/or damage of any kind.
- All sales are final and no refunds will be given.
- Market Valuations are often times an inferred value and not based specifically from exact comparables. The comparables given during the comping process is to give an overview of what was considered only.
